1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website, products, and professional IT consulting services provided by RionexTech Pvt. Ltd.(“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our platforms and services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, codebases, software libraries, graphics, text layout patterns, and brand marks compiled on this site are the exclusive property of RionexTech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.

No portion of our proprietary software sandbox simulator, mock applications, case studies, or design frameworks may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or reverse-engineered without prior written authorization from our corporate legal department.

3. Scope of Service & Licensing

RionexTech licenses proprietary software products (such as Aura Core, EduSync, Pulse Ledger, and Orbit Frame) under dedicated SaaS, Enterprise, or Custom subscription structures. Licensing models require strictly compliance with seat allocation caps, data processing throttles, and deployment boundary policies specified in independent Master Services Agreements (MSA).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RionexTech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or tech partners be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of server database records, security breach disruption, or commercial profit losses) arising out of the use, execution performance, or failure of sandboxed widgets, custom API connections, or consultancy recommendations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal claims or actions arising out of these terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
